What’s Our Story?

In 1976, four college professors worked together to found "Educational Data Services,” a company that initially provided educational test scoring and statistical services. After incorporation, the name was changed to “EDS Computer Systems, Inc.,” and the company began to supply computer systems in addition to testing services. Later, the company changed its name to Systems Atlanta, with one of the original four founding partners, Charley G. Dobson, currently serving as Chairman of the Board.

Today, Systems Atlanta provides professional training and certification testing related to all facets of information technology and cybersecurity. We provide Government DoD 8570.1-M compliance training and professional skills development courses.

Most training centers set up shop in hotels or rented centers. When you require assistance or encounter a problem, they’re not there to answer. But our physical location in Kennesaw is open Monday through Friday, and our staff is always available to help, even when that means coming directly to you. We offer dedicated classes in our 40,000 square-foot facility in the Atlanta metropolitan area, on-site training at your facility, live online courses, and even technical training courses that are not listed on our Training Schedule.
